Almost all books acquired (through purchase or subscription to a collection) are ebooks - platform is from either ProQuest or EBSCO.
Books purchased are in ebook format.
Some ebook library platforms (but not all) allow downloading the entire book. If downloading is available, you will need to use Adobe Digital Editions, and create a personal Adobe ID [this is not Adobe Reader]
Note: each platform determines viewing and checkout length as well as how the title is accessed, number of pages allowed for printing, and checking out/downloading process. [thanks to Marquette Univ. for this wording]
EBL and ebrary platforms are from Proquest, which has a guide on how to download from ProQuest Ebook Central.
