Psychology Databases

• PsycINFO - indexes journal articles, book chapters, and more iin psychology and related disciplines.  The most important psychology database.
• CogNet - database from MIT including reference books, books, and journal articles in the cognitive sciences.  Inclludes MITECS, the MIT Encyclopedia of the Cognitive Sciences.

Engineering and Technology Databases

• Compendex - indexes journal articles and conference papers in all engineering fields.  Some duplication with Inspec, but the two can be searched together.

Databases Covering All Scholarly Subjects

• Web of Science - indexes journal articles and conference proceedings in the sciences, social sciences, arts and humanities.
