Gadgets @ GT

We are happy to provide the GT community with a variety of equipment and accessories for both scholarly and leisure needs.

All items are available for checkout at the Library Store (1st floor west, across from security) and loan periods vary from 4 hours to 2 days, depending on the item, unless noted otherwise. Please be advised that high demand items, such as camcorders and cameras, may be subject to wait lists.

You may submit requests online through the "Request a Gadget" button, under the resources tab, below.

You may also contact the Library Store directly @ 404.894.4500.

Please place any online request at least 48 hours in advance of when the item is needed.

Due to high demand and limited supply, certain devices (DSLR cameras, camcorders, projectors, & Go Pros) may not always be available.

Submission of a request does not guarantee availability.

*Note: GT Gadgets are purchased with Tech Fee funding.  Students (undergrad, grad) have priority for requests.

Please be advised that, during periods of high demand, requests may be added to a waiting list.  Wait list status does not guarantee equipment availability.

Reserving Equipment for Class Use:

Cameras, Camcorders, and Laptops tend to be utilized heavily by students throughout the semester. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, as needed, but we appreciate attempts to plan ahead.
