          Screen refreshes.  Then, in drop-down, select “Witness”  Enter the name of the witness in the search box.

          Note: FDsys has selected hearings, 1997 to date.

   in the ProQuest Congressional database (subscription) - select Advanced Search. De-select "all" from left frame, then select "Hearings" .  The search box has a drop-down feature; select "Witness".
