International Directory of Company Histories - Full set is offsite, in Library Services Center (REFERENCE HD2721.I56x). More than 100 volumes.

Mergent Archives -

Company histories and financial statements back to 1914 - plus principal locations and executive names. It's the archive of all of the "Moody's Manuals" as well as a subscription to new Mergent Manuals. "Manuals" are for: Bank & Finance ; Industrial ; OTC Industrial ; International ; Public Utility ; Transportation ; OTC Unlisted. Separate search tab for the "Municipal Government" - back to 1918. For particular year, select from deop-down box. Can be slow to load.

Database also includes about 30,000 "Hoover's Company Records", with much briefer info. Each Profile includes brief history and overview of company operations, plus key executives (including their compensation), competitors, selected financial information, and key products. NOTE: for smaller companies, there is no profile, just directory info.
