Preprint sources

What is a preprint?

The peer review process in academic publishing can significantly delay the publication of research in the scientific community. Researchers with a need to quickly share their current results  will often choose to distribute their documents as a preprint, which means that the manuscripts have not yet gone through a peer review process or been published in a peer review journal.
